this murderer was once a kind blue husky by the name of mike. once again minroe had decided to do some experiments on the poor husky and now he has become project flex. 

like his friend he is only loyal to minroe and any one who tries to hurt minroe will have to face this dark critter. 

powers:

project flex was given the name for his unusual abilities of stretching his arms and tail to potentially strangle a victum. he can also create sparks of electricity from the blue markings that cover his body. (you cant see them wel...i tried)

weakness: 

a definite weakness is once again water due the the blue markings on his skin. water can cause him to malfunction and thus shut down.
