Yes I'm redesigning penelope but for now it's just the outfit..... Her hair will stay the same though it might change later.

Her bio is also being changed and I'll add it later.  

Changes: 

Her age was changed. Now she is either 11 or 12. (Can't decide XD)
her skin colour is now pinkish. 
Outfit change (DUH)
she is now single 
SHE NOW LIVES WITH SHERLOCK. She no longer lives with her parents..
she now trains under sherlock as well
